Rural Secure Farm Entrance Starter Kit

Early warning and visual verification for one rural entrance

A straightforward layered security package for customers who want to know when somebody approaches and then check what is happening remotely. The kit combines a Wireless HD Cam 15m with a Single PIR Driveway Alert.

The driveway sensor provides an audible warning inside the property, while the 4G camera independently records motion-triggered event clips for remote viewing through the OCULi portal. They are separate systems selected to complement each other rather than one integrated alarm.

Included in this kit

• Rural Secure Wireless HD Cam 15m
• Rural Secure Single PIR Driveway Alert

Best suited for

• Farm entrances and compact yards
• Stable and workshop approaches
• Rural homes with a single vulnerable entrance
• Customers wanting an indoor alert plus visual verification

How the layered setup works

1. The PIR driveway sensor monitors the approach and sounds the compatible indoor receiver when movement is detected.
2. The camera monitors its own detection area and can send event footage through the mobile network.
3. You get an early-warning layer plus a separate visual-verification layer without needing fixed broadband at the camera location.

Installation difficulty: Easy–Moderate

This is designed as a practical DIY setup. The main jobs are choosing suitable positions, mounting the equipment and testing detection. Camera performance depends on mobile coverage at the installation point.

Before you order

• The camera requires suitable mobile-network coverage.
• A Luminite roaming-SIM subscription is required for the camera, currently starting from £6.50 per month.
• The driveway alert and camera are separate complementary systems and do not directly trigger one another.
• Detection performance depends on positioning, site layout and environmental conditions.

Bundle value: Current individual product total £1,036.79. Kit price £994.80 — a £41.99 saving.
